Mindy Cress, owner and pastry chef has more than 9 years creating her unique brand of wedding cakes. She attended The Art Institute of Seattle, receiving her Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. She continued her education in Italy as a Pastry Chef. Starting an at home business, Cakes by Mindy, and finally opening Bakery di Europa in October, 2005.
